We are a certified, woman-owned mother-daughter business built on family, passion, and a love for classic fair food. What began in a tailgate lot at Huntington Bank Stadium—during the very first Minnesota Gopher Football game in 2009—quickly turned into something much bigger.

From day one, our mission has been simple: serve high-quality food and deliver an unforgettable customer experience. Today, that same passion still drives everything we do, from the first order to the last.

Curds&Cakes, Inc is now located in many of the major stadiums in the Twin Cities area including U.S. Bank Stadium (4 locations), Huntington Bank Stadium (2 locations), Target Field (Section 232 Home Run Porch), Kinnick  Stadium, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway - INDY 500!

We are best known for our fresh, never frozen cheese curds (regular, Jalapeno, or Dill Pickle). We personally source our cheese curds from Ellsworth Creamery, delivering them directly to our locations to ensure peak freshness and quality. Each order is hand-battered and fried to golden perfection, delivering the flavor and experience our customers have come to expect.

Our menu features a wide variety of classic fair food favorites, including hand-dipped, 100% all-beef corn dogs, Wicked Corn Dogs (Jalapeno or Cheddar) and deep-fried Oreos/Deep Fried Oreo Sundaes. Every item is prepared with a focus on freshness, attention to detail, and consistency across all of our locations.
