About Curds&Cakes, Inc.

We are a third-generation certified Woman-Owned family business specializing in an assortment of classic fair foods. It all started in a tailgate lot at Huntington Bank Stadium (formerly TCF Bank Stadium, at their inaugural Minnesota Gopher Football game in 2009), and since that day it has been our passion to provide quality food and amazing customer service.  

Curds&Cakes, Inc is now located in many of the major stadiums in the Twin Cities area including U.S. Bank Stadium (5 locations), Huntington Bank Stadium (2 locations), Target Field (Section 232 Home Run Porch), Kinnick  Stadium, and a variety of fairs and festivals throughout the Midwest. A food truck will soon be added to the line up so we can bring our product out of the stadium/arena world and directly to you. Stay tuned!

We are best known for our fresh, never frozen cheese curds. We partner with Ellsworth Creamery in Wisconsin and get weekly deliveries of fresh cheese to our various locations where they are battered and fried to perfection. We strive to provide the freshest fair food from our cheese curds and hand-dipped corn dogs (100% all-beef), to our deep fried Oreos and funnel cakes with over 13 different toppings.
